But Sg Pools say only after all 28 shares are sold then it'll move on to release the next iTOTO number. You mean every time there are less than 28 winners, it was the last iTOTO released only seconds before the draw cut off time?

To me, this is a silliest bet

If you hit the top group prizes .. first you have to share with the number of direct winners then ..

Your share again have to be apportion into another 28 shares

You practically win nothing much
