[Video] - Xi Threatens Trump Over Hormuz Strait Blockade, Gives His Full Support For Iran

Trump has no weapons left. It was used in Ukraine abd gaza. Lebanon and yemen. He is a dead man walking.

I bets that the U.S. will end the war through a final ceasefire settlement. However, this time will be different from the Islamabad negotiations; Trump's negotiator team will have to involve Russia and China representative off-table indirectly in one way or another.

Can't gain advantage over Iran?? They've pretty much wiped them out. Where do you get your news from?
Trump boasted about wiping them out within the first week of the war, yet the IRGC could have retaliated with 99 waves over six weeks and beyond. This escalation was only avoided because Trump agreed to a 10-point ceasefire framework at the 11th hour from the Iran, which was later flipped to three non-negotiable red lines for Iran to follow at Islamabad that completely flip flopping from the original agreed upon as usual by US.

Trump appears to be emulating Iran’s tactics, admiring their control over the Strait of Hormuz through strategic blockades. He is quickly adopting this approach by positioning a blockade at the outer perimeter, safely beyond the effective range of Iranian missiles.

Out in the open sea more difficult to blockade. I think china may send their navy to escort their tankers.

Chinese technology is all hype and no substance. Dig deeper and you'll find the rot is entrenched. Their buildings, their cars, their planes.... all substandard and can't withstand the test of time.
U must be demented. They shot down mirage jets the best of European jets, and already travelled to far side of moon before usa!!! U continue your famtasy like merc and bmw and trump. Suddenly overnight have to cut price by 30% as no one wants bmw and Mercedes anymore. Trump can't even win iran in 2 months as the iran tech is mainly china. Hahhaha. Iran choose china weapons and defence systems not india. Says alot about shit technology from ceca land

Despite enduring six weeks of continuous bombardment from the U.S. and Israel, Iran demonstrated significant resilience by launching a powerful counter-offensive. In the final week alone, Iranian forces shot down over ten aircraft and established control over the Strait of Hormuz. By successfully preventing U.S. carrier strike groups from entering the Arabian Gulf, Iran effectively pressured the United States into initiating a ceasefire agreement.
The Iran has the courage to formally demand for war reparations issued to the United Nations Secretary-General, targeting five regional nations: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Jordan. Notably, Oman and Kuwait were excluded from this specific claim for compensation.

The last 6 weeks of Iran, paid with schoolchildren's blood, damages of critical infrastructure, and more, have overshadowed the past 47 years of Iran, which was under sanctions by the US, the West, and their allies. Unlike for the past minute, Trump can only be countered by a next minute Trump as fast as flipping a page with a ambiguous black-and-white message through social media platforms, news media, or press conferences.

Maybe because Kuwait shot down 3 f-15's.

Whether or not the compensation from these nations ever materializes is immaterial—and unlikely. However, the formal demand through an official signal to let as many people as possible that aligning with the right protectors that matter else will carries a heavy price, regardless of any protection fees already paid.

The US controls all of Iran's airspace. So much for China's shit technology. It looks good on paper but that's as far as it goes.

Shooting down a couple of jets here and there does not equate to technological superiority.

The two aggressors during the first week of sudden attack on Iran, which occurred after Iran was deceived by a peace treaty they had accepted. Consequently, the IRGC let down their guard, as did the Ayatollah cum out of hiding from the bunker.

The two aggressors fully exploited these tactical windows, using "trickier" electronic warfare to neutralize the air-defense systems. By striking the majority of these assets, they rendered them defenseless, effectively establishing the total control over Iranian airspace that you described..

By the sixth week, Iran had slowly and painstakingly rebuilt its air defense system. It was no longer just a matter of shooting down the occasional jet you described here and there; the network had become so formidable that it struck enough fear into opposing forces that they no longer dared to enter Iranian airspace.

After several jets were downed in and around Tehran, the aggressors assumed it would be easier to strike other parts of the country. However, they were also intercepted in those locations, proving that adversaries could not fly freely within Iranian airspace.

Another compelling point proves that it was not mere luck when Iran struck the $200 million MQ-4C Triton(not the cheaper MQ-9) surveillance drone over the Strait of Hormuz.
While conducting surveillance off the Iranian coast at 50,000 feet, a drone issued a Squawk 7700 emergency signal, indicating potential jamming or a total loss of control.
Although the aircraft may have activated anti-jamming countermeasures while seeking ground assistance, it rapidly descended to approximately 25,000 feet before the signal went dead and the drone was lost.
Iran may now possess the technology—potentially from China or Russia—to engage high-altitude targets detected for the first time. This drone is no longer in production and remains available only in limited, double-digit quantities.

What a joke. U still in Disney land. . USA surveilance drone $200 million MQ-4C Triton got shot down. US F15e got shot down.and another 2 black hawks got forced down and qiite a few US commandos injured. Ultimate insult as a USA warthog also shot down. All top of the line jets and u called that US air supremacy???? Don't make president xi laugh. They don't tell u as its highly embarrasing. Everyone knows china missiles were used to shoot down all these jets and planes. Just like india jets were shot down in india pakistan dog fight recently. Unlike trump empty boasts, Xi just let china technology do the talking. The facts speak for themselves. First time in history a warthog and a top of the line surveillance
200m drone shit down. Every military experts know who did it.
The war would drag on for a few years. Hahahahha

What Actually Happened (April 2026 incidents)

  • MQ-4C Triton drone (~$200 million): A US Navy high-altitude surveillance drone disappeared over the Strait of Hormuz near Iran after squawking emergency codes (7400 for comms loss, then 7700) and rapidly descending from ~52,000 feet. Its fate remains unconfirmed officially—could be mechanical failure, crash, or Iranian missile. No hard evidence of a shoot-down has been publicly verified yet, though Iran and pro-Iran sources are celebrating it as one. This is a significant and embarrassing capability loss (Triton is a rare, high-end asset), but it's a drone, not a manned jet, and not the first time advanced drones have been lost in contested airspace (e.g., the 2019 RQ-4 incident with Iran).
  • F-15E Strike Eagle: Yes, Iran shot one down over southwestern Iran around April 3. Both crew ejected; one was rescued quickly by US forces, the other after a risky search-and-rescue operation. This was the first confirmed manned US combat aircraft loss to enemy fire in this phase of the conflict. A setback, definitely.
  • Black Hawks: Two UH-60 Black Hawks involved in the combat search-and-rescue for the F-15E crew took fire from Iranian defenses. Crews were injured, but both helicopters returned to base. They were not "forced down" or destroyed.
  • A-10 Warthog: One was hit/damaged during the same rescue efforts (near the Strait of Hormuz/Persian Gulf). The pilot ejected and was rescued. Iranian media claimed a clean shoot-down with video, but US reports describe it as taking fire and crashing (or being ditched). It's notable as a rare modern loss of the "tank-killer" platform, but again, tied to a high-risk SAR mission in degraded but still dangerous airspace—not a peer air-to-air fight.
These incidents cluster around one intense rescue operation after the F-15E loss. Iran’s remaining air defenses (degraded after weeks of US/Israeli strikes) scored some hits, especially with ground-based systems or in close-range scenarios. US forces still conducted the rescues successfully overall.
US airpower isn't "supreme" in the sense of zero losses ever—no military achieves that in real combat, especially over enemy territory with integrated air defenses. The US has conducted thousands of sorties with overwhelming advantages in stealth, electronic warfare, SEAD (suppression of enemy air defenses), networking, pilot training, and munitions. Losses like these are painful and get amplified by adversaries, but they don't flip the overall balance.

  • Iran's systems are a mix of older Russian/Chinese-origin gear that's been attrited heavily.
  • The US has not lost air control; operations continue, with Iran struggling to sustain meaningful resistance.
  • "Everyone knows China missiles did it" — no credible evidence supports that these specific shoot-downs used Chinese weapons. Iran operates a variety of systems (some Chinese-influenced like HQ-9 derivatives, but also indigenous or Russian). Propaganda often attributes successes to "Chinese tech" without proof. In other recent conflicts (e.g., Venezuela), Chinese-supplied defenses have underperformed against US/Israeli strikes.

Compare to historical US operations: Losses happen (e.g., in Iraq, Afghanistan, Serbia, Vietnam), but the US still achieves mission objectives through mass, technology, and adaptation. Calling a handful of losses in one rescue "the end of supremacy" is cope.
