Their PRC and Malaysian workers harassed my wife to sign up 2-3 years package worth thousands, if not they refused to leave. Like those spa or facial centers that forces you to sign up when u visit for the first time.

Use your brain when you deal with them, they will give you expensive solutions for small problems and even aircon will be noisier after servicing because they want you to change parts. That's how they make money.

Cheebye workers also harassed my kids and wife like thugs, to give them positive google reviews because Jiaxing boss pays the workers $10 for each positive reviews.

Mitsubishi and Daikin are lazy technicians' favorite. You can remove the roller from the left side. The Chinese brand aircon units the rollers are screwed to the right side. You have to remove the circuit panel on the right side in order to have access to the screw on the right side.
