The PAP is now saying that a degree and overcrowding Singapore with foreigners won't guarantee that local grads will find good white collar jobs. However, foreign grads will land good PMET jobs; otherwise, they won't consider Singapore a country they would want to settle down in.

If the PAP doesn't provide PMET jobs for CECAs, they won't want to settle in Singapore and increase our population. Our govt behaves like our Telcos who take existing customers (Singaporeans) for granted but dangles goodies to attract new subscribers (CECAs).
