The dot on the Ah Neh got different colour. What is the meaning of each colour?

Sometimes I see white dot. Sometimes I see red dot.

Then today I see one Ah Neh got 3 vertical lines on the forehead. 2 white lines with 1 red.

What's the meaning of each colour and why now got 3 lines one?

Anyone know?
