U are mistaken. I was referring to GCT who promised us swiss standard of living. Thats why i quoted his son in my post. More of a promise of swindler standard of living. Everyone knows GCT made that promise in 1984 to achieve swiss standard by 1999. LOL.

All propaganda by shittty times. Pigeon hiles with noisy neighbours and frequent quarrels in hdb is world class? All cramped like rats . Can't even play pickleball in peace. And mrts always breaking down is world classs? Even london ancient tube is far more efficient. No wonder those matlanders laughing at 90% of heartlanders. There even a clerk can afford a proton saga and a terrace house for life!!!!

I pointed out that GCT made that promise, but all we got was the Swiss Cost of Living w/o the Swiss Standard.

Buy a private residence and car only if we can afford them. Life is short so enjoy when it's within our means.

The term aspiring HDB upgrader refers to every HDB resident, but only a few actually succeed. A mere 15% live in a private home in Singapore.

You are totally wrong .. life is still much better here. My uncle said that most people staying in the condo are like living in the Hell in a Cell & some silly people paid very high property taxes to stay in the landed house.

Yes, our public housing and transportation is very good .. my uncle & friends said that Sinkieland is nice place & working here is very good with the convenience of buses and MRT .. 4 or 5-rooms flats are much bigger than private condominiums

Whether I am 65% or not, it’s not important cos now I know that You Are Very Stupid :thumbsdown:
