Leeds signed a few quality players in their day - Harry Kewell and mark viduka. But thank God they flourished elsewhere.
I also like Alan Smith as a player during Leeds' final days. He was a true Yorkshire warrior. Pity he didn't go on to make an impact for the England team

i remember Alan Smith................Ian Harte..................both never reached their full potential.................Smith had a serious injury if i'm not wrong - never the same after that.................just like Robbie Fowler...........
Nottingham Forest was a powerhouse in England and Europe in the 1970s. They had stars like Peter Shilton, Kenny Burns, Trevor Francis, Tony Woodcock, Martin O'Niell, Viv Anderson, Larry Lloyd, John McGovern, John Robertson, Garry Birtles etc.

I remember he fought with Tony Adams when Leeds played against Gooners. He must have been only 17 or 18 years old then... in a physical altercation with the England captain.
