Avoid jockstraps, briefs or thongs.

Triangular shape underwears will always result in abrasion of that particular stretch of skin it comes into contact with. Ever since I change to Decathlon boxer briefs underwear, I dont have that painful skin tear problem any more.

Avoid all those 有毒 food, seafood, chilli, chicken, egg, etc
Avoid hot water shower
Avoid air-cond room
Avoid dirty/dusty environment
Avoid cold drink
Avoid @syed putra

Change washing powder/hand detegent/shower shampoo if needed.

Apply Sea salt water
Apply gao gao layer of moisturizer
Cut finger nails

I have a doctor friend who tells me that in terms of prawns, try to eat only Tiger prawns. Other prawns tend to trigger eczema but Tiger prawns are safer for those with skin conditions
