Even if Venezuelan and Iranian oils will be under the jurisdiction of Trump, the Saudis and Russians are potential alternative oil suppliers for China, albeit at market prices. Venezuelan oil only accounts for about 4% of China's total oil imports.
Trump can impose secondary tariffs on China for buying Russian oils, but China may still be able to stomach them as they are already beginning to veer themselves away from over dependence on the US for their manufacturing output.
