He conned arab( UAE or Qatar) elites. But failed to fool terengganu state and the then Agung from the state. 1MDB was initially TIA or Trengganu investment agency or something like that. Jho low wanted to use terenggganu oil reserves as collateral for billion dollar loans to finance projects.
