A couple of reasons that I can think off…
1) HR recruiting - Ownself recruiting ownself types
2) CECA and AMDK are good in talking and self selling where else local Singapore are not train in such adcademic setting
3) CECA and AMDK are good in “eat water melon and side the bigger pcs” where else local Singapore mind set is to work hard to gain recognition….
