Ukraine has lost. What is there to negotiate.
It was Ukraine that went after russuan speakers killing and beating them on the streets and eventually its army attacking russian speaking areas. That went on for 8 years.. so russia did not start the fight. They merely wanted the carnage against russian speaker to end.

Ukraine better surrender now before russia gain more land that are beyond what they demand currently. This may include Odessa and eventually tranistria in Moldova.
