Chance for China to collect 'blood debt'?

either newbie PM is naive or make ball for China to collect new and old blood at one goal

History doesn't lie. Japan annexed Okinawa in 1879 and Taiwan in 1895.

Okinawa had been an independent kingdom - Ryukyu Kingdom - for centuries, trading with and paying tributes to China, and using the Chinese lunar calendar and written language. To this day Okinawa remains the poorest region in Japan, despite having the highest life expectancy, and native Okinawans face discrimination in all aspects of life from Yamato Japanese, much like the Ainu.

Taiwan was under direct Qing rule until the Jap annexation.

Not only has Japan no right to interfere in Taiwan, it has also no moral suzerainty over Okinawa. You can be sure the day Okinawans rise up in revolt Chinese missiles will be pointing towards Tokyo (as it is Japan's newly acquired Tomahawk missiles are already aimed at the mainland, for the clueless here).

Post WW2
For Taiwan, following the Allied powers' directive, Japanese forces in Taiwan surrendered to Chiang Kai-shek's Republic of China (ROC) government, enabling the ROC to assume administrative control and establish its governance on the island.
The newly appointed PM made strong remarks, stating that a Chinese attack on Taiwan could be considered a "survival-threatening situation" for Japan. This prompted a response from China, including formal protests and accusations of interference in its internal affairs.
For Ryukyu(Okinawa), The U.S. occupied Okinawa until 1972, when administrative control was transferred or returned to Japan. At the UN, Chinese officials have made statements that some perceive as challenging Japan's sovereignty as a geopolitical tactic, though not as formal claims of territory.
