Our pro-business govt is going for economic growth at all costs. They do not mind overcrowded HDB estates, roads or public places, since they live in GCBs, drive expensive cars and seldom go to public areas w/o security to clear the way for them. To these politicians, SG is far from crowded.

The govt should reclaim more land till we can group together all the offshore islands into one big S'pore.

The British should have partitioned Johor off from the rest of West Malaysia, so that S'pore would have a hinterland. Private homes and cars would be so much cheaper and within the reach of even the middle classes.
