I live in a small rented flat at Choa Chu Kang, have not seen any wild boars for the past year or so. I fear they have been culled, those poor creatures.

I live along Dunearn Road, but have not seen a wild boar in more than a year. I used to catch sight of at least 1-2 every evening when I jog along the Rail Corridor or Bukit Batok Park.

I think so. I'm even more surprised when they cleared tengah forest, there were no wild boar sightings nearby. Think they used sharpshooters

I heard that the culling of wild boars was to address public safety and prevent environmental damage caused by an overabundant population since there are no predators like tigers in SG.
