That is because the Arabs are visiting Msia or intend to settle down there of course must be polite and try to assimilate into Muuds customs due to various reasons.

But once Muuds try to settle down in the middle east, esp. to join the ranks of their freedom fighters, their true colours will emerge and assign them as toilet cleaners or do menial jobs.
