Tbh, I had direct exposure to nuh pharmacist that are from China.

Some of them cannot understand English.
And I had to repeat everything that I have said to a tiong pharmacist in nuh in mandarin after I discovered she doesn't have a clue of what I have said to her.
I took near 1 min to explain my situation to her in English and all my effort was wasted. Becos I didn't expected that she doesn't understand English, and can work in nuh as a pharmacist.

Indeed it was a chicken and duck talk.
Her understanding of my situation was totally out of the topic I.e 0% leelavant.
And it was not an act of blur.

If I'm not wrong, there are 2 kind of pharmacist in hospitals.
One is a technician
Another are full fledged pharmacist.

This atb I think she should be a technician or pharmacy asst, job scope to dispense medication.

A full pharmacist, especially those in the lab pharmacist, carries a totally different qualification and job scope.

A lab pharmacist I ever worked very closely with has a very broad spectrum of work. They work very closely with the loctors and dieiticans to manage very complex patients medical conditions, and customise patient treatment plans with loctors.

There are nothing much for me to beat any pharmacist to puppy.
Prices of the drugs are not determined by them.
Which drug to dispense is not by her too.
Insufficient stock and only can dispense for 1 mth etc

She should be someone with very weak customer handling skills. Then can end up with this situation.
If she knows her job well, and not being lazy, they have the protection of the security guard de mah.
Any ridiculous demands and abuse , call for security.

When you are lazy, then do not blame the patient lo, blame ownself.
