The PAP does not give a damn that such practices are taking place in our own country. Backstabbers from India are allowed in by their open door policy, yet the govt dares to declare that they practice "S'poreans First" which is a big fat lie.

I have acquaintances who shared about being laid off by their CECA managers, only to have their job go to another CECA a few months thereafter. Such practices are also not confined to IT, banking and engineering positions. Meanwhile, the PAP looks the other way i.e. couldn't care less.

Yes. The HR will side the CECA bosses practices and people go MOM also no use most of the time unless MOM can freeze foreigner hiring headcount of the company with such bad practices. PAP is pro employers
