Yes, from his wavy hair, is likely CECA. Some CECAs are fairer than usual but roaches will still be roaches.

Have you been to bullet train in both Japan & China? Or our customer service in Singapore is so bad till need to restrict commuting experience ? SBS allowed commuter eating on the bus. After every trip, group of cleaners go up to clean. So is the Shinkansen. I don't see any critical thinking here or you never travel overseas, a frog in the well.

Are you seriously comparing MRT to airlines? How much extra do you want commuters to pay for deep cleaning for trains?
