Accenture’s decision to lay off 11,000 employees worldwide has once again sparked debate on the future of work in an AI-driven economy.

While the company says the move is part of its restructuring to build an AI-ready workforce, the job cuts have left many professionals questioning their own security.

Weighing in on the issue, Startup CA founder Meenal Goel shared a blunt message on LinkedIn: “You are just an ID number, and AI does not care about that.”

Her post has resonated with many as it underlines a hard truth — workers who perform tasks that can be easily replaced by machines face the highest risk, making adaptability and human-centered skills the key to staying relevant.

Regenerative AI Key Differences from Other AI
    • vs. Generative AI:
While the terms are sometimes confused, generative AI focuses on creating new content (text, images, etc.), whereas regenerative AI adds the dimension of continuous, autonomous self-improvement and adaptation.
    • vs. Traditional AI:
Traditional AI systems often operate within fixed parameters, while regenerative AI is designed to evolve beyond those limitations, notes Mission Cloud Services.
Applications of Regenerative AI
    • Digital Transformation:
RAI is central to digital transformation, enabling businesses to learn and adapt continuously for growth and efficiency.
    • Sustainable Agriculture:
In agriculture, it can be used to simulate future outcomes, create adaptive crop plans, and generate real-time responses to environmental changes.
    • Energy Management:
Companies are using regenerative AI to optimize the operation of energy storage assets and manage demand-side efficiency programs, according to EdgeConneX.
    • Real-time Event Response:
Companies like Dataminr are developing regenerative AI to dynamically describe potential future events, enabling faster and more effective risk management.

I have 2 former JC classmates who graduated as lawyers from NUS, but ended up as teachers because they couldn't take the pressure.
I believe that the appropriate terms are:
1. A graduate from law school is called a law graduate
2. A law graduate who has passed the bar admission courses or exams, and has been called to the bar, is a lawyer.

Those 2 former JC classmates were practicing lawyers who graduated from NUS, before ending up as English teachers owing to the pressure and unpleasantness of the practice of law. They both passed the Bar Exams, so are full fledged lawyers.

Very well.
The pressure to achieve billable hours, and demands of the profession are stressful, and therefore, do not commensurate with the monetary rewards.

They soldiered on for several years before throwing in the towel. Thankfully, both have supportive husbands who did not mind the pay cut, though teaching is no walk in the park as well.

So difficult to pass n yet employment rate is dropping... something wrong

This desperate bitch should include "I give excellent blowjobs too" in her CV, and show off this skill during the interview. She'll have the employment contract thrown at her face, along with loads of cum shots.

Or as a last resort, just go and sell her pussy. Better than just sitting in the office staring at the computer.
You think she’s the only one with this skill set? Get in line! Many are on the bj gravy train!

That is precisely the reason why the Bar Exams are made extremely difficult for law grads to pass. The powers that be do not want a glut of unemployed lawyers in S'pore.
The powers tat be caused the glut by letting overseas lawyers practice in singkieland...which other country in the world sabo their own lawyers like tat?
