Yishun Noise Murder Victim : Nguyen Phuong Tra

If she had tried to reduce the noise, she would be still spending time with her family. All must be considerate & give & take.
Stacking people like animals in pigeon holes is inhumane. The PAP would never dream of living like these HDB hoi polloi; they need spacious accommodation like their GCBs.

the cluck, chirp, and cackle of aunties at hdb estates are very shiok to hear too.
That would only be true if the "aunties" look like these women:

As I stay within close proximity to the Rail Corridor, the daily chirping of flocks of birds, especially at dawn and dusk, is rather annoying. However, I still prefer to live in a leafy neighbourhood than the HDB heartland with its many amenities.
I agree
Nothing beats having land & garden to walk around.

Precisely.
But 65% is not awakened by the tight squeeze inside pigeons holes paying loans up to their necks.

Maybe at 67 he finally found the secret code to 躺平。

If he is not charged for murder, it will be culpable homicide not amounting to murder. At the minimum he will be jailed for 8 years, minus holidays, perhaps end of the 6th year he will be out.

He will rent out his flat for $36,000 per year, and by the end of his incarceration he will have saved $216,000. Not bad for a 73-year old man by then

2nd degree murder ? at least 15+ years for him.

"A man without land is nobody" is a quote from Mordecai Richler's novel "The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz". It was spoken by Duddy's grandfather. This belief shapes Duddy's ambition to acquire property, as he pursues material success and social status at the expense of his morals. Sounds every bit like our greedy PAP politicians.
