After reading this, I was amused that it describes S'pore and S'poreans to a "T" i.e. the description is an accurate fit. Does anyone else agree?

Your claim that S'pore gladly accepts dirty money that even Switzerland doesn't dare touch is a sweeping statement not supported by evidence. Both countries have taken significant steps to strengthen their financial control, and don't systematically accept illicit funds.
