I have never had any run-in with expat cyclists near my home where they like to cycle 2-abreast in groups on weekends to date. Some cycle 2-abreast along the bus lane during peak hours on weekday mornings as well. I guess they still have that colonial master mentality that the roads in SG belong to them.
