I'm not sure why many people like to suggest freelancing, and also many like to indicate they were freelancing while finding a permanent job.

What is the actual definition of freelance?
I don't think that it is so easy to find a freelance job. And that if they can find it, as easy as what they always claimed, then I'm puzzled why they have problem finding a perm job.

I could find a perm job very easily. Even now, if I were to send my leesume, I can guarantee a job within next few day, becos I got leeferal.
However, I will have problem finding a freelance job. Where to find one?

Doesn't matter if you are high SES, a business owner, an academic or 'expert' etc.

Ordinary Joes and Janes, Bengs and Lians, Mats and Minahs could easily avoid the situation.

Yes. Freelancers (eg tutor,housing agent,etc)can better manage their time between work and family life .
