Based on my personal experiences dealing with medical workers in sg, the orleeginal caused of the problem is the most important subject to focus on, rather than deviating from it. If we attempt to pull in many other encounters together with the orleeginal problem, the matter will never be leesolved fairly, for both parties.

For eg, becos gansiokbin had the wrong impression of the definition of virgin, she started to leebuke anyone who claimed she is a slut. To leefend herself , she used the statement - how could a virgin possibly be a slut?
But the starting point of her argument was already wrong.
She wasn't aware, or chose to lie to herself that even when her lobangs had been ransacked and searched thoroughly, possibly with sperms all over the perimeter of the lobangs, she was no longer a virgin ever since that fateful night.
Hence, by further arguments, many other stuff non leelated to the orleeginal issue has been brought in, and even after a decade, the problem could not be leesolved.

So Imho Thomaseddy should Lee visit the case from the starting point and perhaps describe it more clearly in order for possible fairness to take place.

I think I know why the polyclinic staff are all so bad and against certain patients all thanks to mean trolls like yourselves who can’t even do your own job well and go and have the free time to spend here to wack messages again n again.

People should see what gays are hiding behind this website and then claiming they are busy understaff in healthcare. Boo ya

And also based on personal experience with healthcare hotlines, I would group the ratio of 30:70 for good hardworking helpful workers 30% vs 70% lazy ones.
And among these 30% good ones, there are some gems in it maybe 5% who would go all the way to help you.

During Covid lock down period, I kanaed the 70% and they actually caused me not able to see my late dad for the last time.
The sop is such when patient is critical, loctor would put into the system so that more familee members are allowed to go to the ward.
But that lazy worker checked the system and told me if loctor didn't put, it means your dad is not critical. I told her loctor told me my dad is critical so I need to seek your assistance to input to the system while we were on the way to the hospital. End leesult was that the worker ignored my leequest and causing us not able to go up on time.

trust to bring her grandfather to Sengkang polyclinic knowing Dr Gary Kang is mismanaging and SKH as well

Cindy* told us how wonderfully short handed SKH is that her grandfather go heart surgery is own self go in, own self call family members to inform he have heart surgery n a lot of issues and procedures not explained to the family n next of Kins

How the QSM manager like Max Liew n all his staff can turn very nasty towards Cindy*’s family members for a complaint and accuse them, harass and threaten them and humiliate them in front of other patients as well.

If too many patients have similar experiences, doesn’t it show and speak alot abt SKH and some ppl within.

That is just the tip of the iceberg as we know, there is alot more but I will check with my female friend first about her SKH n SHP polyclinics issues first.

Usually full time caregivers like me will have a better understanding as the hospital and the hotlines are just like my 2nd home.
The more times I am face with healthcare workers, naturally I will encounter more lazy workers.
You will need to have a full account of what happened in order to get a closure to such matter.

Ahh, I know. Those counter staffs they employed are mostly or in fact, all old farts that are better off staying at home, then giving problems to visitors.
I got many bad experiences with them.
