My Long-held suspicion is proven - Diet & Exercise does not necessarily aid weight-loss

Using pills for weight loss works but you will bounce back to heavier weight very quickly. Natural weight loss thru proper healthy diet and exercise more often than not make your weight loss permanent and result in a healthier you.
 
Weight loss is misleading. You can lose weight by being severely dehydrated. But what good does it do?

What you need to do is build muscle and burn fat. Don't count calories, don't watch your weight, don't count your BMI. Test how strong you are and what is your cardio endurance e.g. how do you feel when you run to the top of Bukit Timah Hill, and can you shorten the time taken to do so?

Ozempic isn't always the best option when it comes to losing weight. But a healthy diet and exercise are proven ways to lose weight. I was overweight and I started taking care of myself.
