The problem is not with the pilot it's aircraft and specifically the maintenance standards.

Best to keep away with anything that has Indian or Chink involvement. Ang Mohs are the best.
 
The SG Govt brings in CECA PMEs to steal our jobs, CECA doctors to kill our sick and now, CECA pilots to kill our higher SES who travel by air.

In spite of blowing up in mid-air from missiles fired by Pakistani fighter jets, all the Indian pilots safely returned home, according to the Indian Air Force. LOL!
