Pizzas took ages to arrive, and then they look like this

These pizzas arrived late and in terrible condition, according to an upset STOMPer. To make things worse, he says the replacement pizzas arrived only an hour later.

Here's what the irate STOMPer wrote in an email today (Mar 15):

"They were already slow with the delivery, and Pizza Hut made things worse for my family by sending two pizzas that look like crap.

"They were both crumpled and disgusting looking.

"Wheres the service standard at now? Why are we paying for such substandard items?

"Worst of all, my family had to wait another 60 minutes for the replacements!"

The ONE YEAR free pizza is also another bullshit. I read somewhere that the terms is that u will get 12 pizzas - 1 per month or a limited $ to spend for the entire year.

You cannot SUKA SUKA keep ordering throughout the 1 year!

Like that Pizza Hut ad misleading. Must call Case to sue them. Only 12 Pizza/year dare to advertise free one year pizza. One year free at least one a week/52 pizza.

Better off ordering from Canadian Pizza 2 for 1 or California Pizza.

Nowadays have to avoid such rich foods. Looks like I'm not missing anything.

Pizza is the easiest thing on earth to make. The dough can be bought, the sauce can be bought and the toppings are easily available too.

The mark up price for pizzas is astronomical.

As a general rule, if you are dissatisfied with the food from any vendor, just complain and get refund. Don't ask for replacement, incase you get "additional" ingredient e.g. spit, pee-sai etc.
