The problem with the low SES is that they cannot afford more expensive food like meat, so they have to consume more carbohydrates like rice and noodles to fill their tummies. Not being educated about nutrition also worsens the problem.

I think now a days… the younger generation like to make a mountain out of the mole hills on social and racial issues.
