No!! Pakis could not use F16 because America has not allowed it to be activated for use against India. It was also rumoured that America has given India full approval to strike on Pakis land, a day prior to Russia's victory anniversary. Luckily, China gives Pakis full unrestricted use of China air weapons to prevent Pakis from being invaded by India. This has greatly embarassed India and the West as a result of Pakis's airforce victory.
