WP garnered above 40% in every ward contested. Aljunied and Hougang stronghold maintained, Sengkang consolidated with +4% improvement. A clear message was sent to mosquitoes parties to stop clowning around.

Some what agreed PS screwed up. He should have went for the jugular since there were so many new faces...nothing much was mentioned about providing for the middle income, who are mostly stuck as sandwich generation, from young families time and money spent on their kids to the need to take care of elderly parents ...anyway we reap what we sow dont we?

M.Parade GRC is a gone case, people are forgetful about Tan Chuan Jin's adultery. Tampines GRC much sweeter ground, and allowed WP to gain one more NCMP seats. WP did not lost anything. On the other hand, GMS lost his deposit and he should have contested in Marine Parade GRC instead and may still keep his deposits.
