This happened under badawi with visa free and mm2h etc. Even sinkies were moving to jb. That was almost 15 years, ago since Najib took over and stopped this nonsense, imposed visa on china visitors, doubled minimum price foreigners can purchase homes, imposed huge toll increase on causeway.........
Causing JB to go into recession and china developers to stop building.
