I have a Muslim colleague who has no qualms eating chicken rice, sliced fish hor fun, beef kway teow, Chinese nasi lemak etc. as long as there is no pork inside. As he is an Indian Muslim, he is less wary of self-appointed "religious police" slapping or shouting at him at hawker centres and coffee shops.
