Quite an irresponsible act to force a pregnancy in your fifties. Firstly, there could be many genetic issues that cannot be detected. Baby doesn't get the right and proper nutrition in an aged body carrying it. Things will get known only when it's growing or grown up.

Parents are aged and will not have the energy and attention to raise a baby. It will be a struggle. Older women's hormones and biological changes affects their mood, the way they think and behave.

Plus I think this is a one-off stunt and the child will never have the privilege and joy to have a sibling.
