No doubt she applied the pay then eat practice, but the price for the normal one already stated clearly and still add extra, so it is normal for the staff to call polis for her trying to create trouble.

And I don't think the picture is her as her voice can tell is a bui cb amdl and usually bui cb will add this and that meat due to their xxxl size.
 
Also the price was not just for the 3 upsized sandwiches. Got drinks items and many more.
In airport every thing is expensive. So each meal cost sgd40 is not really a scam. You can take it as 3 x 2 = 6 meals after upsize means 120/6= $20 for each meal.
Amdl trying to create trouble and deserved to be arrested.
