Why HDB blocks like to paint many colours and pattern, looks so silly..

condos more atas, keep it simple and looks clean cut without all the colorful nonsense...

If they paint like condo colours to look more atas then the price will increase more.
It is same as certain hdb block only after certain level then will start to have full panel windows in the living room and the price is costlier as it look more atas.
