Might be poor design cause the man collapsed. Too many people running in the tunnel and air intake from the fan is not enough. For those very sensitive to low oxygen will be the first feel the different even only 2% different in the air. Those cannot take it will fainted.

At first I thought it was a civil defence exercise, sad that it was genuine.

Can't really blame the design as it wasn't meant for humans to walk through, neither will it be a bomb shelter I guess.

just continue to pump and pump..what type of first aid is that? i thought it is pump 6 or nine time, than kiss three times and if no response, than pump another 6 or 9 times and than kiss three times and repeat...

The tunnel is planned for vehicle usage not for mass human race. The people responsible for organizing the event should be held liable if anything happens to the participants.

The long long KPE tunnel was not build fer people to stay fer long time, n surely not fer running where air intake is easily a few more times than walking .... n so many people fighting fer air some more ...

LTA n focker Rapeman Lim didn't warn participants abt the danger, cld hv been a massacre wif so many complain abt shortness of breath !!!!!

But the people running there R oso bodohs ..... some were obviously asked to go by the grassroots organizations ... watch their uniform T-shirts
