The Global transition to 100% EVs INEVITABLE

Maybe the electricity might come from another source, or a battery that is not made of lithium.

Until the speed of recharging the EV battery is as fast as or faster than the speed of filling up a vehicle's gas tank, and does not involve using a shitty smartphone app, EVs are not replacing fuel vehicles anytime soon.

Not really. The capacity of battery also plays a part. Imagine battery with 2000km range. You just charge battery once a month or 2months if make only city trips. If charging speed is take 15min. Its ok

New catl battery can have 1000km, maybe monolithic battery can do 2000km

It's not OK to me, and many others. In this era when everything is becoming faster, you're asking us to accept a blatant compromise to... save the fucking planet? :roflmao:

The charging speed has been going down to mere 10min from 10%-80%. And it will continue to improve.

In ICE car you fill you up once a month. A battery car charge once in 2months, 10min. Its a fair trade off. U cannot wait 10min for 2 months worth of battery? U so hurry? The cantonese have a idiom for you...

Remind me when it drops to 1 to 2 minutes for 100%. And a 'plug and play' system of recharging, no need for apps.

Hmm… all going nuclear power for electricity? Or using Tesla coils?
