Wow, comparable to the food served at Vivian's Sinkie Youth Olympic Games back in the day.

Need to penny pinch and save money in various ways, otherwise how to get that amazing bonus?

As long as no pork, it's fine with me.
The pork are all halal, so it's safe for u to consume.
Anyway it doesn't make a difference cos the crockeries n cutleries are all jumbled up n all were laced with delicious babi before....

Slice the fats from the top guys in SiA and give better food la...xia suay

I thot that was a biz class meal.
If really was then got issue
from the bowls and plating it looks like biz class. if it is, it looks more like economy meals. may be they cut cost by squeezing economy meals on fancy plating and bowls. rip off.

Imo it should be hospital food are looking and tastier than last time and resemble sia food now.

They have to cut costs to pay staff bonuses and the forthcoming class law suit from SQ321

SIA food standard has dropped after covid to cut-costs. They no longer serve haagan-dazs or ben & jerry for economy class too. Other Asian airlines taste better and more generous. To be honest, I like Air Asia's pre-ordered meals more than SQ.

SATS Catering now also venturing into local schools, forcing teachers kids to pre-order overcooked small-portion meals.

Now you know what SIA got amazing bonus while other airlines didn't. And the SPH propagandists bragged about what an amazing uniquely Sinkie (PAP) achievement that is.

Don't be surprised if SIA has been cutting costs on the safety and maintenance side of its business.
