Tiongs will build using their own money. Plus tgey have tge expertise to operate the high speed rail.
If johore king gets the contract, he will want to sell it to the highest bidder. And still retain 50%.
 
Wouldn't be great that such asset must be in the hands of Sultan rather then the chinese ?

As much as the Johor's Sultan wants, but it's not going to happen. Otherwise, Sabah, Sarawak and Penang will come next and Malaysia will be a foregone country.
