Anyone used their services? are they good or bad?

*Update this company refuses to admit its mistake and block anyone who leaves bad reviews on them … I have even email Mitsubishi Electric and clearly they sold me an aircon unit that wasn’t suitable for my unit / system… I hope everyone be careful of this company and stay vigilant. As I have a unused services package with them , I only requesting to be refunded the unused prepaid and we can go out seperate ways awaiting their response.
