Syed and his goons are fake Muslims according to this Muslim scholar.

Syed Putra has declared many times that he is a proudly non-Muslim Malay!

There is a huge gulf in belief between a muslim and a believer.
A muslims allows himself to be enslaved by clerics. And religion.
A believer frees himself from this irrationality. Killing is definitely forbidden. Make love not war.

Your fellow muslims will be displeasured with you. Islam is not a docile religion.

There are many fake Muslim of China PRC origin in Australia.

You see, In Australia, there are shortages of Muslim butchers and meat process workers because Australia export halal beef and lamb to Muslim countries.

So these China PRC just changed their name to become Muslim.

However they don’t live like Muslim and they consume China white wine and pork

You cannot be Malay unless you're Muslim.
Muslim = religion
Malay = ethnicity

Don't confound religion with ethnicity/culture.

When your forefathers were Hindus 1,500 years ago, were they not Malay? (The Malay language has been around for 2,000 years, confined to coastal Borneo, southern Sumatra and Malay Peninsula.)

Yes they're not Malays. They were never called Malays before Islam came.
A Malay who leaves Islam is called a Murtad.
It's a social construct.

Murtadd (مرتدّ) is Arabic for 'apostate' - one who turns his back on his religion.

It is not a description of race, ethnicity or culture. An Arab quitting Islam is a murtadd. A Hui Muslim leaving his religion is a murtadd. A Bangladeshi leaving Islam is a murtadd. But they remain Arab, Hui Chinese and Bengali respectively (ethnicity). (You see many Arab Christians in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine.)

A Malay person's race does not disappear even when he leaves Islam.

Don't be confuse a term describing religious status with one describing race/ethnicity.

Of course, race may be a social construct, but that's another discussion altogether.

You can describe it anyway you like.
We won't call him a Malay. Instead when someone asks, we refer to him not as a Malay but Murtad. He is no longer part of our community anymore.

PAP should try running an openly professed Murtad for Parliament.

Because so far they don't profess it openly.

Actually they were. In the Puranas, the ancient Hindus made reference to a land rich in gold and silver called Malaya Dwipa - today's Sumatra and the Peninsula. This is the etymology of 'Malay' as a name for the people, culture and language of this region. When the Cholas invaded Palembang, the land was already called Malaiyur.

That's your prerogative. But keep in mind the actual meaning of the Arabic word murtadd, which has nothing to do with race or culture.

PAP and umno constitution says so. Not science. That puts me in no man's land. Not considered malay but not belonging to any other race.

Actually, no. Article 152 of the Constitution protects the special status of Malays as indigenous people, but does not define 'Malay' on a religious basis.

Minorities and special position of Malays
152.—(1) It shall be the responsibility of the Government constantly to care for the interests of the racial and religious minorities in Singapore.
(2) The Government shall exercise its functions in such manner as to recognise the special position of the Malays, who are the indigenous people of Singapore, and accordingly it shall be the responsibility of the Government to protect, safeguard, support, foster and promote their political, educational, religious, economic, social and cultural interests and the Malay language.
