In india, they value English -> Hindi
Tamil is only used in Tamil Nadu. If u go high ses function, it is advisable to use English or Hindi

That is because most Indians brought over to Sinkieland by the British to serve them are from southern India or Tamil Naidu.
However, the situation is changing with the CECA wave bringing over mostly Hindi speakers.
Soon, the PAP will add Hindi as the 5th official language ... .
