Ans : I think that if you have not been served with an Exclusion Order from CRA (Casino Regulatory Authority), then, generally speaking, you have not been banned.

Answer : I think CRA has already issued the Exclusion Order (EO) last week as reported in ST.
If you did not receive the EO, then, I think you can enter the casino.
To be safe, maybe you can check with the Recep counter, no need to be shy.
Just do it discreetly. Anyway then, no one will meet you in Sentosa again, heehee

Sorry but why you suspect you might be banned? To have a look at this new place still not too bad but frankly speaking it is open to attract foreigner not local.
