The pair of eyes in front or behind the head?

By law, if a vehicle bangs into another from the rear, it is the rear vehicle that is at fault, even if the front vehicle brakes suddenly, as drivers have to observe safe driving AT ALL TIMES, to keep a distance, so as to have the ability to brake in time, which is why brakes are necessary & for.

By Human Rights, walkways are meant FOR pedestrians & NOT for vehicles in any form - bicycles or latest innovation - PMDs/

However, thanks to MP Irene Ang in 2014, she proposed that cyclists should be allowed on walkways, with the aim to SAVE lives, as cyclists are far slower than cars & may face hazards if they rode on roads.

It became Law later, & as such cyclists & PMDs are now allowed on pedestrian walkways & responsibilities of any hurt or harm caused WILL fall upon drivers, regardless of the direction they moved on.

A bicycle is a moving object, more so faster moving PMDs. Travelling on pedestrian walkways IS A PRIVILEDGE BY LAW, AND NOT AN ENTITLEMENT, may drivers of such moving objects be aware.

Thus, the PMD driver MUST SINCERELY apologize to the pedestrian, take RESPONSIBILITY of his actions, & if he refuses or caused a conflict, may the authorities turn to the legislation & PENALIZE the driver to the MAX, in order that privileges of drivers NOT be revoke & that we may ALL live & let live, in peace.
