I have seen a similar playground structure in other HDB sand playgrounds.

Looks more fun than the brightly-colored rounded-edged plastic crap they call kids' playgrounds these days.

This is at Taman Ho Swee, the highest point of Havelock area. First few years of my life was spent living there.
