What bonus did you get?

It's already the new year & some lucky ones must have gotten their bonuses. I'm not talking about the 13 month thingy which is not actually a bonus.

So how many months did you get

0.5 month only.... all the rest of the non executive got 0.25 month. Manager said " Be happy you got a job.... this is a BONUS for you...." Normally, we don't have this bonus but because the management was very happy with your performances...etc... blah.... blah... a long 10 minute speech before he handed the cheques with a pat in the back.
Rumour has it that the upper top management including the Japanese executives got 4-5 months.....

Your company must be doing well to give the rumoured bonus to the Japanese execs. Must be one of the better Japanese employers in Spore as they are even giving the local staff something


I've worked with american MNCs & they NEVER give out any bonuses even when the company is doing well. One of them had a profit sharing IF global sales were hit but that has been stopped years ago.

I got two months. One is 13th month, I guess and the other is one month bonus. However, I was on half pay for two months earlier in the year to "help" my boss so in the end, think no difference.
