The problem is Pinky designed and boasted to the world that PAP has the highest and strictest standards of the Rules of Prudence for MPs and Code of Conduct for Ministers. :biggrin:

Yeah that's what I'm saying... ie the standards are far too strict and need to be updated based upon the considerable changes in what constitutes "morality" in 2023.
