After carefully considering the impact of the Target Company on the financial performance of the Group, the Directors believe that the Disposal can reduce the Group's losses and realize its investment in the Target Company. The Disposal will also allow the Group to simplify its operations and provide an opportunity for the Group's capital to be deployed in other major businesses.
Upon Completion, the Group has terminated the business of cruise ship leasing services and no longer owns any cruise ships , and will focus on the Group's remaining principal business.

Any cruise plan to open in singapore after AP quited? Or permanently ban by government singapore can not have purely gambling cruise? I think having gambling cruise is not bad , sometimes bore can go enjoy enjoy ,overnight also very relax at night ,enjoy cold wind.
No gambling cruise life very boring, I think until scratch head also no understand why need singapore approval to run in high sea ? Ferry go nongsapura already got license to operate, Ferry from nongsa to big ship is non of singapore business, if singapore don't allow big ship parking, just no need come singapore top up , all top up can go malaysia or indon . Something not in logic.
