individual or private name can't buy a commerical vehicle such as van, bus , lorry panel van etc with commerical licence plate start with letter G. if the panel van or other is register under S plate then yes u can own the panel van or other van. the different from G plate and S plate r the cost registration which of course S plate is more expensive.
